Please note that this is just an introductory questionnaire. One of our directors will contact you for more information and approval. If accepted there is also an annual fee of $35 that is required to help support activities, buy supplies, and provide several lunches for the year. Please note this fee does not cover ticket, admission, and other cost for special outings.
