This special event is designed for teen girls and women of all ages to be encouraged, uplifted, and challenged through meaningful sessions centered on growing closer to the Lord. Charity Sexton grew up in North Carolina and attended Bible college after graduating from high school. She later earned her degree as a Registered Nurse, combining a heart for ministry with a passion for caring for others.
For the past thirty-four years, Charity has been married to her husband, Pastor David Sexton. Together, they have faithfully served at CrossPointe Church for seventeen years. Throughout her years of ministry, she has been actively involved in Woven Women's Ministry, AWANA, and currently leads the church's First Impressions Team, where she enjoys helping people feel welcomed and loved.
Anne has been deeply involved in the children’s ministry at Parkers Chapel Free Will Baptist Church for over 30 years. Her contributions include teaching children’s church, helping direct Vacation Bible School, directing the kids’ choir ministry, and supporting her husband, Sam in his various ministry roles.
Leigh-Anna Howard, and her husband recently moved to Erwin, Tennessee, to serve at Evergreen Church. She has a heart for seeing teenagers grow in their relationship with Christ, and is looking forward to serving alongside her husband in youth ministry.
Leigh-Anna grew up in Greenville, North Carolina, where she graduated from a Christian school before earning my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College. Her and her husband, Chance, have been married for almost two years, and we’re excited to call East Tennessee home.
